PHYSICAL THERAPY (ELECTROTHERAPY)
Electrotherapy
includes all treatments in which tissue improvement is stimulated by
applying electricity, light and sound energy in different ways. It has therapeutic effects such as pain relief, muscle spasm, edema relief, and increased circulation.
As
Samsun Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Diseases Hospital, we aim to
provide high quality services to our patients who need electrotherapy
with our 135 bed capacity, with our successful and dedicated FTR team
with both inpatient and outpatient options. The disease groups we put into treatment are as follows:
- Rheumatic disorders
- Orthopedic disorders (muscle and joint disorders)
- Peripheral nerve lesions
- Spinal disorders
- Other (post-fracture, post-surgical, etc.)
